Health
We guarantee the health of our dragons for 30 days after purchase pending approval of your husbandry practices. If for any reason your dragon is not acting like a dragon should, you must contact us as soon as possible. Do not wait until the situation is critical, timing is of the essence with baby dragons.
It is your responsibility to find a qualified reptile veterinarian. There are no disposable pets and if the need arises, you need to be able to take your dragon to the vet for analysis. We are not veterinarians, we can make suggestions regarding husbandry and most times there are minor tweaks we can help you correct to better the situation, but we are not qualified to diagnose a sick dragon.
Color
We do not guarantee color on dragons. We make our best educated guess as to what colors may look like as the dragon ages based on the color of the parents. Different things affect the color of dragons. Stress, heat, cold, and husbandry can all affect the colors of your dragon. We do our best here to photograph the animals as accurately as possible and we do not alter our photos.
Sex
Sex is only guaranteed on dragons over 10 inches. We do our best to accurately sex juveniles and any juvenile we list under 10 inches will be "probable".
Shipping
We ship using UPS Next Day Air, which delivers most places by 10:30 a.m. We pack our dragons in styrofoam lined shipping boxes, packed with newspaper with the baby inside of a deli cup. Larger dragons may be placed in a larger deli cup or a snake bag. We also include a heat or ice pack at no extra cost to you when needed.
IMPORTANT: You MUST be available to receive and sign for your dragon. Any dragon not signed for on first attempt of delivery voids all guarantees. In the case of a DOA you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery. Do not dispose of the dragon until you have contacted us as we might ask to see photos.
Payment
We accept most forms of payment through Paypal (www.paypal.com) and cash (for pick up only).
Deposits
We are more than happy to reserve and hold a dragon for you pending a deposit of at least $25 or half the cost of that dragon, which will then be deducted from the original price of the animal. We will hold the dragon for up to two weeks. Any time needed after that will require a $10 feeding/hold fee per week that you ask us to hold the dragon, up to two extra weeks. Any money charged after the initial deposit will NOT be deducted from the cost of the animal but is an additional charge. All deposits are non refundable.
PLEASE make sure that you really want the dragon before you put a deposit down on it.
